At Clay Home Services, every repair we complete comes with a comprehensive 3-month warranty covering both parts and labor. This warranty is our commitment to quality workmanship and your peace of mind.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers the specific repair we performed. If the same problem recurs within 3 months of the original repair, we'll return and fix it at no additional charge.

Coverage includes:

  • Parts installed during the repair
  • Labor for the completed repair
  • Return visits if the same issue reoccurs

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • New problems unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents after the repair
  • Normal wear and tear on other components
  • Issues resulting from modifications by others
  • Power problems, electrical supply issues, or circuit breaker trips
  • Water supply issues (low pressure, contamination, shutoff valve problems)
  • Installation problems unless directly related to the original repair

How to Use Your Warranty

If you experience the same problem within 3 months of your repair:

  1. Call us at (718) 594-6639 and reference your original service date
  2. Describe the issue - we'll verify it's the same problem
  3. Schedule your return visit - we'll prioritize warranty calls
  4. No additional charge - if it's the same issue, we fix it free

Important: Warranty applies when the same issue returns on the same appliance. Warranty coverage is specific to the repair we performed—not other components or new problems.
